Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting virtualoffprint.com (the "Site") or buying anything from us, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Shane S, a sole proprietor doing business as VirtualOffprint, based in Palmdale, California, United States ("VirtualOffprint," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By buying from us you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you.

3. What we sell

VirtualOffprint sells digital guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. We do not ship physical products. Nothing on the Site is a subscription unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Product descriptions, page counts, and preview images are provided in good faith. We try to keep them accurate but do not warrant that every detail is free of error.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been placed.

5. Delivery

After a successful payment you will receive access to your download by [email link / on-screen download / customer account]. Delivery is normally immediate.

If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, contact us at support@virtualoffprint.com and we will resend it. Please check your spam folder first.

Download links [expire after X days / remain available in your account]. You are responsible for saving your file once downloaded.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception at our discretion.

We will always make it right if a file is corrupted, if you were charged twice, or if you received the wrong product. Contact us at support@virtualoffprint.com within 14 days of purchase.

Note: consumers in the EU, UK, and certain other jurisdictions have statutory cancellation rights for digital content. Where those rights apply, they override this section, and by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

7. Your licence to use our guides

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, read it, print a copy for your own use, and apply what it says in your own life, household, or workplace.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the file;
• upload it to any file-sharing site, forum, course platform, or group;
• reproduce substantial parts of it in your own materials, whether free or paid;
• remove or alter any branding, copyright notice, or watermark;
• use it or any part of it to train a machine learning or AI model.

We retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our guides. Breaking this section ends your licence immediately.

8. No professional advice

Our guides are general educational information. They are not professional advice and we are not your doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser.

Every household and every situation is different. You are responsible for deciding what applies to you, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that affects your health, your family, your finances, or your legal position.

We make no promise about the results you will get. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

9. Testimonials and reviews

Any reviews shown on the Site reflect the genuine experience of the individual who gave them. Individual results vary and should not be taken as typical. Where a reviewer received a free copy or other compensation, that is disclosed alongside the review.

10. Your account

If the Site offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@virtualoffprint.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest content, or to attempt to access areas you are not authorised to reach.

We may suspend or terminate your access, and cancel any pending orders, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtualOffprint and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirtualOffprint and its owners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the version that applies, and the "Last updated" date will tell you when it changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
